The Polar Thermal Extreme Tip-Up by HT Enterprises seals the hole so you can seal the deal. In addition to its round shape which helps keep snow and slush out by sealing 6-10'' holes, the Polar Thermal Extreme Tip-Up's thermal insulation traps thermal energy. Together, the shape, insulation and patented freeze-proof trip mechanism allow the Polar Thermal Extreme Tip-Up to perform in sub-freezing temperatures. Not only is the trip shaft freeze-proof, it boasts multiple trip settings ranging from light, which detects slight panfish tugs, to heavy for big gamefish strikes. A bright orange, no-fail flag is easy to see and telescopes, which allows the tip-up to be stacked in a 5-6 gallon bucket for convenient transport. The reel is designed with a tangle-free feature and has a hook holder located on the bottom to help eliminate line tangles when stacked with other tip-ups. A built-in tackle box lets you keep tackle ''on-board," while two built-in light stick holders (includes light stick) allow you to locate the Polar Thermal Extreme Tip-Up from across the lake.
