Rated 4 out of 5 by A Great Value and Effective DOA wrote the book on these types of shrimp imitations but these lures, in my opinion, are just as good for a fraction of the price. I really like the vibrant color patterns, the slow sink rate, and very durable rubber bodies. My only critique is that these lures have no built in scent, like DOA. I added some shrimp scent and found that both the trout and the reds were more than happy to take a bite. The scent factor did make a difference in the stained water and I doubt the lure would have been as effective without an added attractant. DOA does have built in scent and the rubber bodies are slightly more supple and soft but for my money I would rather buy the TKO shrimp. June 20, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Bait I was fishing for Spec. Trout in the Louisiana Marsh and ran out of live shrimp. I had some TKO Shrimp in my box and gave them a try. The fish liked this bait as well as the live bait. It was nice to finish out my limit with a artifical bait. May 29, 2011
