The gum really works and helps keep the mouth fresh. I have tried the honey and Alfalfa and it really tastes good. I am sure if this is what will allow you to get closer to your game or not, but it certainly does not hurt, and might actually help. I still use it and probably will always use it when hunting. It is like anything else we do to keep our scent undetected, probably not enough by its own, but collectively they all do help give us a little edge over our game.

The pine flavor taste is not bad! I've used it over the last 3 yrs with great success and will continue to use it. It covers the smells that come out from breathing.

The flavor is acceptable, tastes like you are chewing on pine needles, but does not last long at all.
I have read all kinds of great things about this product allowing people to get closer to animals than they have ever been before. But lets be honest here...is this product going to allow you to get closer to animals without them smelling you? NOPE!!!
Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this, instead go pick up a bottle of "RedHead Wind Guide" to see which way the wind is carrying your scent. You will be much more successful!
