this light is very bright.have not had any problems with it so far after a couple of uses.it does bring in the baitfish .after a few minutes there were hundreds of minnows surrounding the light but that was all.have not had any luck catching fish around it yet but have only used it a couple of times.seems to be very well made.the jury is still out.does have a very low battery drain.i use a car battery probaly have 15 hours on it and still going on one charge

Very well build study covering to prevent breaking. Light works well for intended use but the cheaper lights sold a bass pro seem to do just as well as this one just need 2 or 3 of the smaller ones to match light output. if you want to use one light this is the one to get.

The green magnet has helped me lengthen my fishing time on the water and has helped me fill my freezer with plenty of fish this past summer. Seems like the hotter the day the better the fish have been bighting at night. Other lights haven't even come close to the success I have had with the green magnet. I recommend this product to any fisherman interested in catching more fish and doing so in the solitude of darkness.

My buddy borrowed his grandfather's Green Magnet and somewhere in transit (or maybe even before he got it, he didnt check it when he picked it up) it got busted. We pulled it out of the case, and the bulb was cracked inside the case. Regardless, we need to fix it. Where can we find a replacement bulb? Thanks in advance! KGAnswers

No, it is not. It gives off green glow of a special substance that attracts zooplanton and other organisms that bait fish eat. After about 30-45 mins you will have all kinds of game fish arrive and you need to fish the outside edge of green glow and pull lure towards inside of circle. It is fantastic!!! I have a 4' and a 2' and they WORK.1 of 1
