I love this seasoning. It is easy to make in the oven and it is better if done in a smoker.

This stuff is great! easy to make. And it makes you look like you can really cook! this stuff made my friends think I was some master deer meat "Iron Chef" it was a complete and total hit.

I swear this is a German reipce because I tried ... this Salami out of a German Deli where I live and It tasted the same as this Spice 'n Slice ... I just did what the picture's and instructions on the back of box showed me and made these Salami Rolls .... baked them for only one hour and it was great ... and so easy ...
Next time I think I'm going to use some green olives and pimentos for a unique flavor and go for a olive loaf ....

This is the first time I have ever made summer-sausage and it turned out great. I added shredded cheese and chopped chilles to a two pound batch and the flavor is awsome.
