Made my first jerky with this seasoning last week. Turned out great. Wife and friends really liked it. Much better than the other 2 competitors products I have tried. Much more flavor. A little spice to give it some character. Will buy more.

Made goose jerky for the first time out of a few geese we shot. Bought a jerky rack from Bass pro, and Grandma Lamure's hickory smoke flavored jerky mix. cut the breasts into strips, marinated them overnite in the jerky mix, cooked them in the oven for 2 hours at 215 degrees and they came Out perfect. Better then any store bought jerky I've ever had. My kids ate it all within a few minutes! Highly reccomend this product.
