I loved this Mix of Summer Sausage Bologna because it was so simple to make I made two nice sized logs without casings ... baked it for 1 hour and it came out of the oven with a nice red color, juicy inside ... we put it out on the table and served it to the family ...... it tasted like it came right from the deli and it only cost me a couple bucks ..........
Thank you Bass pro for finding me the cure to my bad cooking ...
