The sausage was more coarse than my family liked
and it didn't slice very well. Using this pepperoni on pizza was a bust for us. However, I chopped the pepperoni and combined it with Italian sausage and ground beef and it made our great spaghetti sauce better. I've been advised to make more, lots more pepperoni.

I tried the pepperoni with a 50-50 mix of ground venison and ground pork. It was quick and easy to prepare and the taste is exceptional.

I didnt care for it but you might . Just not tasty enough . Spicy but not tasty . Kinda weird .
