This is one awesome turkey choke! Most 10- and 12-gauge factory threaded guns can become instant turkey hunting specialists with this choke -- it's highly dependable, effective, and deadly. Conical parallel design combined with exclusive outward angled diagonal ports that improve patterns up to 20%. Ports also reduce muzzle jump and recoil for faster and more accurate follow-up shots. The directional angle of the ports is 135 degrees away from the shooter, reducing side blast prevalent in ports 90 degrees or less. Because of its sharp angle, the inside forward lip ''grabs,'' stabilizes, and slows the wad for faster separation of wad and shot column. This feature combined with a parallel section where the constriction is held constant produces great patterns. The extended portion of the choke tube extends 1-3/4'' from the muzzle and isn't noticeable when shooting. Matte black finish. Lead shot only.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Happy Shoulder I have two bad shoulders and I told the clerk at my Nashville, Bass Pro I needed a choke that was ported to reduce the kick of a 12 ga. He never missed a beat, went over and handed me this one and said you will be very happy with this. I went home, loaded it up on my Mossberg 500 and sure enough I have a tight group and my shoulder is no hurting. The kick was about a 16 ga at most. I could have put 10 more rounds down range without a problem. This was a great purchase and I recommend it to anyone. March 31, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by gobblin' thunder This is a very NASTY CHOKE in my 835 with rem.nitro turkey no.5s. Holding every pellet in a 15'' pattern at 35 yards. God have mercy on those Birds. July 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome & Best Choke Ever i will definitely buy more gobblin thunder chokes for my remingtion 870 as i have been target shooting at 30 yards and consistently putting a great pattern on the cards May 13, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Better than I expected ! I purchased the Kick's Gobblin Thunder choke for my Mossberg 835. It brought my pattern in from a 32 inch wide pattern to a 24 inch pattern at 45 yards! It worked better than I expected! Its has already helped taking out two long beards and looking for more! Great product! May 6, 2013

Hi, per the manufacturer web site, the High Flyer 12g model HFRemProBore12g will work for a Remington Versamax. You will want to locate a choke tube listed to fit a Remington Pro Bore. I am sorry but at this time, we do not offer this choke tube to fit your VersaMax. Thank you

Hi, thank you for your question. For a Beretta A400 Unico Choke Tube you will want to look for a one listed to fit a Beretta Optima Choke HP tube, which these will not work.

A:
Invector interchangeable choke system: The barrel of the 20-gauge gold has been back-bored and is threaded to accept the Browning Invector-Plus Interchangeable Choke tube. The Invetor-Plus system is not interchangeable with the Standard Invector chokes. The degree of choke is indicated twice on each choke tube: Inscribed on the side of the tube, and indicated with a “notch” code on the top rim of the tube.
The 12 gauge gold shotgun has a back-bored barrel and is threaded to accept Invector-Plus choke tubes only. They are not interchangeable with 12 gauge Standard Invector choke tubes. Do not use Invector-Plus tubes in barrels threaded for Standard Invector tubes. Do not use Standard Invector tubes in barrels threaded for Invector-Plus tubes.

The size varies based on the constriction that the choke provides. Your gun and load will pattern better with a particular constriction. You may want to reach out to Kick's Ind directly and ask them which constriction they recommend for your load and shot size. Hope this helps!
