Excellent fishing gloves
My neoprene gloves have allowed me to fish comfortably thru some bitterly cold weather. The gloves fit great and have held up well for a couple of winters. I could do without the slit finger design since it essentially works against the gloves’ waterproof construction – even if it does make threading flies without removing the glove possible. The Velcro cuff strap is another valuable feature that every pair of cold-weather fishing gloves should have.

Wet & cold finger tips
I used these this past weekend for 2 days of musky fishing in the MN metro area in about 40 degree weather. The fingers that didn't have slits in them stayed nice and dry, so that's why it gets two stars. The issues with these gloves though is that the tips of the fingers that are slit is made from a material that will absorb water and then it just works it's way inside the tips. So you end up with two fingers on each hand that are wet and cold. I was able to control the spool of my reel with the tips on my fingers and as I found it easier to just take the gloves off to change lures, hooks get caught easily, I find the slits to be pointless, better off getting a pair with no slits.

Gotta Have Fishing Gloves
I purchased a pair of these fishing gloves for myself. After they arrived and I tried them on I was so impressed that I purchased two more pair for my fishing buddies.. It was cold and raining the first day of trout season in PA and after returning back to the hotel we all raved at how functional and comfortable the gloves were. The split fingers are awesome, you can do what ever needs to be done without removing the gloves. Highly recommend these gloves as part of your fishing gear.
