Glacier Glove Dr. Shade Sun Gloves
Extremely Good For Aging Hands
I have been fishing all my life and I have found these gloves extremely good for protecting my aging hands. I am not just suggesting they protect my hands from the damaging sunlight, but they really protect them from damaging bumps and scrapes. Every trip, I manage to bang or scrape the backs of my hands on somethig and these light weight gloves are still storng enough to keep the skin from peeling back and my bleeding the rest of the day. Yes, they are that strong, but light weight to a point they are comfortable and you can handle fish and tie your knots without interferrance

I purchased Mangrove Sungloves at the Bass Pro store. They were so good I wanted more but I had washed the label off. I went on line and thought I was buying the same thing ... but, no. These were Dr. Shade Sungloves and not anything like Mangrove which have spandex for a firm fit.
Dr. Shade's gloves are loose and the fingers are too long so they get in the way of working. Bad deal.
I returned them to the store and got more Mangrove.
So my question is: Why are these gloves not presented in both location?? I would have gotten the right thing on line if they had been listed.

Great product! Greater benefits!
These gloves are very thin and light weight. They are extremely comfortable and have a cooling effect on those blistering hot days! I purchased these as a preventative maintainence measure to avoid skin cancer. I fish regularly with my grandfather who has spent many years fishing all day long. The sun has taken a toll on his body and he has to go to the dermatologist regularly to have sun cancer spots removed. Seeing the pain and time involved I figured these would be a much better alternative! They are also great because you don't have to keep greasy sunscreen on your hands all day long making it tough to hold your reels!

My dermotoligist has been harrasing me about my exposure to the sun, I had itr all covered now but my hands and my wife took care of that with the purchase of these gloves. Due to a lack of sun here now, i am lokking forward to using them shortly in my trips tro FL where they have sun.
