These gloves are wonderful for fishing those cold times. Your fingertips will obviously get cold after a while, but the rest of your hands will stay warm. This will keep your fingertips warmer longer giving you a more enjoyable fishing experience on those cold days. I now have two pairs and love them both.

The palms are, but the fleece backs are not. I have fished these in the rain and have been very pleased with the results.

The palm is rubberized, so that is water proof, but the back of the hand is NOT waterproof. It is fleece so it repells some water, but not all. Even when your hands get wet, they stay warm.A:Â
