Having owned two Gerber Multitools in the past (one was stolen and the other lost) over a 10 year period, I didn't hesitate a second in ordering another. I opted for the suspension because it looked nice and was $10.00 cheaper than the model I had previously owned. Should have spent the $10. I do not like the spring loaded pliers. The grip is way too wide when grasping anything (and my hands are not small). The philips screwdriver with abbreviated tip doesn't really grip a screw well. getting the tools out of the handle is a hassle. I could go on and on. I should have gone to the store and looked before I purchased instead of ordering on line. As soon as I can find some one to give me half the price I paid I will buy another Gerber sport. I use this tool in my work and carry it when hiking or fishing.

Received this as a gift from my wife. I love the blade/tool locking feature. Only 2 complaints are the lack of a file, and the scissors return spring slips off if you use it hard. Otherwise a great product. The extra bits and driver are handy. (You can even use other 1/4 inch hex bits and accessories.)Nice size for everyday use, the folded size is great on a belt if you do a lot of driving or riding. Spring loaded pliers are much nicer than other brands.

I needed a replacement tool to keep in the car and bought one a few months back. Compared to many similar tools it was inexpensive and I thought it would do fine as a backup unit. However after using it on and off since March I'm surprised how well it works. I find it very handy and the extra driver bits make it a very nice piece of equipment to use. The one handed opening knife blades have proven thier value more than once. The only thing lacking is a file blade. Overall this is a nice multi-tool at a very attractive price.
