Very sharp right out of the box. Fits the hand and well balanced. The sheath is nothing to write home about but it does the job. All in all a very well built knife and great deal for the money.
I have had mine for over a year now and could not be happier.

this knife feels great it has a very comfortable grip and the weight feels great. very solid knife. i was however disapointed because for my first time ever buying a knife, the knife was dull when i recieved it. which was a disapointment from gerber knives

I was completely impressed by this knife. Beefy, well made knife that feels like an extension of your hand. Destined to become one of my all time favorites.

this is a heavy, durable, solid knife that represents the best of quality from gerber. very sharp, big handle, and a great sheath and comes with a theigh strap. worth the money

no, CHINA. and the blade is not stainless. at least the blade doesnt say it and i dropped it one time and now there is a nick in it. poor durability.1 of 1
