  • Built-in sharpener
  • Tempered stainless steel blade
  • Soft Kraton® rubber handle

With its easy-to-grip handle, superior blade, and sheath with built-in sharpener, this is the only fillet knife you'll ever need! Stainless steel blade is tempered to hold an edge, yet retains an amazing amount of flex, which is critical in a good fillet knife. Blade is embedded in a soft Kraton® rubber handle, which offers a comfortable grip.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Knife Works very well and its very sharp. Had no problems with it so far and I'm quite happy that it comes with its own sharpener. I've had no problems fitting the knife into the sheath. I'm not giving it 5 stars just because it'd be nice if it was SUPER flexible but its not...but its still flexible but I'm sure there are knives that have blades that are more flexible. Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent value We have been filleting walleye with this knife for 4 years. The only sharpening required has been the very odd pass through the included ceramic sharpener. I have to order a new one only because my dog liked the feel of the handle and chewed it up. Need a descent knife for your freshwater filleting needs this is the one! July 12, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this Very good knife for the price. I love that it has a sharpener made into the case! April 11, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Satisfied so far I am well satisfied. The knife is only a few weeks old. We will see how it holds up. I read one review saying the knife seemed to fit too loosely in the scabbard. That was my first impression, until I discovered that if you jam the knife down into the scabbard with a little force, it fits tightly. If properly inserted it is not likely to fall out. I like the built-in blade sharpener, something new since my last fish knife purchase, but apparently now a feature on several brands. July 6, 2011
