  • Benefits of a football head
  • Added action of a worm-hook
  • Moves freely with the bait
The Gene Larew Biffle HardHead Jighead offers the benefits of a football head plus the added action of a worm-hook that moves freely with the bait! Tommy Biffle used this head to win the BASS Elite Series ''Sooner Run'' event.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Wish the Hook Sizes would Match the Bug I'm a Smallmouth River Rat LOL ! So I Ordered The Smaller 3.5 New Biffle Bug Jr. The Smaller Size I feel would work Better in Rivers Here In the Ozarks.. Then the Flood Came In Late Summer of 2013 Lots of Flow and Need More Weight to Get the Bait Down to the Bottom. The 3/16 with 3/O Hook works with the New Size but when You have to go up to bigger 5/16 or More they Made the Hook 4/O and is Kinda big for the 3.5 Bug ..I Just wish Gene Larew Made a Larger Size weight with that 3/O Hook. Just a over Site On there Part ... August 18, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Bottom Buggin' at its best! Caught one of the biggest bass of the year so far using these hooks and a Yum Money Craw "green pumpkin" I always have one rod rigged and ready to "Bottom Bug" May 21, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Definite Plus This is a great concept, especially for plastics that have some bouyancy. The finish chips off easily, and I would like to see a lighter hook. But I catch fish with it, and that's what counts! May 21, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Ok...could be better My only complaint would be the hook. Lighter and sharper would make it better. A lighter hook would allow the bait to float more in the strike zone. April 25, 2013

A:
Yes, lead with a very durable paint coating. These jigheads impart amazing action to whatever plastic lure they're used with.
