used the biffle bug at night on my faviorite night fishing lake. the 3.5 worked well shalow on the smaller heads, but would prefer it on a 3/16"
head. caught lots of fish on them. only problem is after a couple of fish they are trashed. so i went thru a bag or two of baits.

The two arms (pincers) on the Biffle Bug flap wildly on the fall, resulting in many reaction strikes. They flap again if you hop it, drag it, or reel it along the bottom. I haven't used the smaller size yet, but it should be dynamite on both largemouth and smallmouth, especially the latter, or when the fish want a smaller presentation. The Biffle Bug is my favorite creature bait or craw imitation. I think it is easily equal to or superior to the Sweet Beaver.

Pretty handy little bait; can use on the Hard Head jigs in place of a football jig, Texas Rig to flip and pitch or use as a jig trailer to show something a little different. It's just a little different than others which helps out some days.
