This system makes carrying your climbing stand so much easier. It is easy to adjust to any treestand and I can carry my climber 4 times as far without having to stop. No back or neck pain. Awesome product and a must for public land hunting using climbers!!!

ANYBODY WHO HAS HUNTED WITH A CLIMBING STAND KNOWS THAT NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE STAND IS THE BACKPACK STRAPS ARE PRETTY MUCH WORTHLESS. WHEN ONE OF MINE BROKE ON MY BRAND NEW HIGH DOLLAR CLIMBING STAND I WAS FURIOUS. BUT THEN I FOUND THIS "TREE STAND BACKPACK" AND MY STRAP BREAKING WAS REALLY A BLESSING IN DISGUISE.
THIS PACK IS AMAZING AND HAS EVERYTHING YOU WISH YOUR STANDARD STRAPS HAVE. THE CHEST AND WAIST STRAPS THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR SHOULDERS. THE PADDED BACK MAKES ANY STAND COMFORTABLE TO WEAR. AND THE MUTIPLE BUCKLES ALLOW YOU TO CUSTOMISE HOW YOU WANT YOUR STAND TO SIT. A BUDDY AND I BOTH BOUGHT ONE ON THE SAME DAY AND WE BOTH LOVE THEM. ILL BEVER PACK ANOTHER DEERSTAND IN AND OUT OF THE WOODS WITHOUT IT.

I am a big man and this rig still fits me and my summit goliath. Only negative is that i wish the straps that attach to the stand itself were a little longer

The tree stand support system does a good job of placing the weight of the stand on the shoulders.I used it with my summit Goliath, this item has made a big difference. The only disadvantage the straps are to small.

sorry no pics. but put the sections together as summit shows you.then figure out the way you want to carry it (with the cable down or up i reccomend down) attach the short strap sections to the base section of the stand as shown in the instrctions that come with the carrier. You might want to try different hight to get your ballance but its not hard

Does this product stabilize the weight of the stand onto your hips instead of straining your shoulders/back?

Higher end backpacks secure the weight of the pack onto your hips so you're carrying the weight on your frame instead of your shoulders. Does this product do the same?Answers

Not as much as high quality internal or external frame backpacks, but it does a decent job. I liken it to a low end frame pack.A:Â

The lower belt hits me right at the top of my buttocks which makes the weight distribution just right for me. I don't feel the strain on my shoulders as with my old harness.A:Â
I have never used a ''high end" pack - or a structured pack as this likely indicates. However, I can say I noticed some hip pain after my first long hike into the woods with the GamePlan Treestand Support System. I blamed it originally on the tall grass meadow I had to traverse which was dragging my legs down - but maybe it was due in part to the weight distribution of the stand.
I didn't notice the same hip pain after the afternoon's hunt - so likely it was the grassy meadow causing the extra strain.
Regardless, my back nor my neck hurt after hauling my stand when using this product. I love it so far!
