Slicing Meat

Details: 
I've already seen that the recommendation is to slice meat that is partially to almost completely frozen; however, does anyone know if this machine will slice meat that has been cooked and warm not forzen with these meat slicers on this site?

A: 
When slicing warm meats, remove from oven and let set 15-20 minutes before slicing. The meat will retain more natural juices and slice evenly without crumbling. Thanks
