To start with YES they can be a problem to use but the rattle really stands out.

This product exceeded my highest expectations. The size is nice and compact, the finish stays on, the threader works great... what more could you need. I've been using it for light texas rigging with lots of success. I was worried the rattles would make the sinker too bulky, but this is simply not the case. I don't know how Gambler did it, but they did an excellent job. Another fantastic product from Gambler.

not all the weights in the pack will hold or stay where you want!

I use these weights for all my tournament fishing and they are very versitile. You can slide them up the line for carolina rigging in a snap of the finger. The rubber insert does eventually wear out but is good for 3 - 4 rigs. Best weight on the market as well as the rest of the Gambler products.

Gambler's new patented Florida Rig weight has revolutionized the pegging of weights. No more screw to rip up baits or break off line. No more tooth pick that weakens line or comes out. The new Florida Rig is a self pegging weight that enables the weight to be placed anywhere on the fishing line, next to the bait or up the line. Great for all kinds of baits including tubes and other plastics that are not large enough for the old screw in weights.Gambler® Pro Rat'lin Sinkers - A brass worm weight with an actual brass rattle inside.
