Works 4 me Love this Wacky hook....Have to keep the weed guard straight, as it will turn after use, but it is soft enough you don't miss many. March 27, 2012
Great Hooks! Strong, sharp hooks that you don't have to worry about throwing into heavy cover. I've used them for several years when wacky worming a Senko for bass. They have hooked and held many good fish, including a 10.7. As some others have said, the weedguard will turn occasionally. Not a problem, just check it before casting, and turn it back where it belongs. Cashy, but worth it if you fish where the big 'uns are. January 11, 2015
Nice Hooks I always sharpen all of my hooks even before the first time using them. These hooks did not need it at all. I trimmed the weed guard back a bit as well. I did not lose any fish on my first day with these. I usually lose 1 or 2 on average. September 28, 2012
Great for wacky worming I have been using this hook for wacky worming for a month now. It has a great hook set and I have run it through many weeds, logs, and lily pads without any hangups. Ordering more soon just to have as backups.. May 10, 2012

A:
I keep a selection on hand. Usually 3/0, 4/0, and 5/0 for wacky worming 5 or 6 inch Senkos, with no weight. I find these
sizes best for the size bass I'm usually after.

The 2/0 would work on most 3"- 4" bait

A:
I prefer to use 1.0 hooks on 4" Senkos and other small baits hooked wacky style, and use slightly larger hooks on the larger sizes of baits. I find that larger hooks tend to get caught up on junk more easily.
