The innovative design of Gamakatsu’s G-Lock Worm Hooks locks soft plastics in place allowing anglers to fish heavy cover with less hassle. Featuring a an offset shank, wide gap and incredibly sharp conically needled point, these G-Lock Hooks won’t bend in power situations and stay sharp fish after fish.
Rated 5 out of 5 by 27 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sweet Sharpness It's a Gama-K, nothing else to say one of the best hooks on the market in my opinion, sharp, sharp, sharp.....be careful. October 1, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by better hooks for senkos these hooks are strong and durable and unlike trokars they will not shredd your senkos. July 27, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Hooks These hooks are extremely sharp. I caught 15 bass in one morning the first time I used them. May 14, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by 2/0 down sized? I ordered 50 of these thinking they would be a direct replacement for last year's 2/0 G-Lock. I should have ordered the 3/0 as these seemed smaller than the hooks I was replacing. No worry though, maybe it was time for me to downsize anyway. Two of the new hooks have already landed me 5 large mouth, ranging from .75 lb to 5.5 lbs.... Not bad for this early in the season March 28, 2012

A 3/0 or even a 4/0 would probably work good for you in this situation if you are mainly using your soft plastic Texas rigged.

5/0 is the biggest. I suggest going with the 4/0 hook. It isn't humongous like the 5/0 and can be used in most worms and tubes.

A:
5/0 is bigger than a 1/0. Single digits hook sizes get smaller as the numbers get larger. ie.. a number 10 hook is smaller the a number 8 hook. however the opposite is true for the "o" series. 1/0 is small than a 5/0. I know it is confusing but hopefully this helps.

Yes the 1/0 is smaller and 5/0 is the biggest in these hooks. I usually use a 3/0 on my plastic worms that are 5-6 inches. You may want a bigger hook if you plan on using plastic worms that are 8 to 10 inches. I hope this answer helps.
