Bought this for my wife as a home personal defense gun and she loves it, added the laser and light, without the external safety all you do is point and pull the trigger, I don’t recommend this gun for a man because while shooting hers I noticed that I could not keep my little finger on the grip but for a woman the grip is perfect

I bought my Glock back in March 2012. I am very impressed with the performance and the easy handling of the gun. I was told about this gun by Tulsa PD friends and they were so right. I am now looking for a Mini Glock .40 cal. My first gun and now I want more. Great for a Conceal Carry weapon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RLOES Best Purchase, I LOVE my Glock 23
We purchased the Glock 23 Gen 4 about a month ago and went from no guns to 3 in about 1 week. We bought a Ruger .22, S&W Shield, and a Glock 23 Gen 4. I wanted something for Personal Defense, CCW, and targets. Small was good, but not too small to where I would hate to shoot it. This Glock 23 does it all. I was able to fire the Glock 23 that someone at the firing range had before I bought mine and he had the Ghost trigger put on his. That trigger pull is so much smoother than the stock trigger pull. Also, he told me that you can buy barrels to interchange and make this excellent .40 in to a 9mm for practice and less cost, or you can change the barrel to a .357. All you need to purchase is the barrel and the clips. The Glock 19 clips are interchangable with the 23. You can buy one gun and try 3 different Calibers. This is what sold me. The glock reliability is unsurpassed! We bought a S&W Shield that has problems with cheaper ammo, but this Glock just runs right through any ammo that you want to feed it. You will love this gun just as much as I do. Very little recoil, compared to smaller guns. The Glock 23 is my CCW, the S&W Shield (9mm) is my wife's, and the .22 is both of ours.

This gun is incredibly durable and reliable. The factory grip is comfortable for my wife and me and I've never had any problems. Other than a few cheap ammo issues, the 23 has cycled perfectly on every occasion and is always accurate. This gun has taken everything I've thrown without issue. There are many accessories and replacement parts available for Glock handguns and those can help you in customization if you desire. I do strongly recommend getting the 3.5 lb connector for the lightened trigger pull. The factory connector is fine, but the upgraded part really aids in smoother and more accurate shooting. The ammo for the .40 SW costs a little more than a 9mm, but I find the .40 to have enough stopping power and the Glock is durable and rugged enough to use as a great sidearm for hunting.
