The barrel's rounded interior profile offer easier cleaning and longer lasting precision. Loaded chamber indicator. Built-in mounting rails for tactical lights or laser sights. Double action. Fixed sights.

Rated 5 out of 5 by It's A Glock! I've never even heard of one of these malfunctioning. The gun is pretty much flawless. Some don't like the looks, but what do they know. It's kind of boxy for concealed carry, but that's not it's primary purpose anyway. I've put many rounds through it without even a sign of a hicup. It can take all the abuse you can give it. Only downside is the long trigger pull. September 23, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Tough Gun I went to the range and put over 2000 rounds in 2 days (without cleaning) through my Generation 3 Glock 22 Not a single malfunction except when I tried to induce one by using dummy rounds and spent cartridges. I would not only recommend this gun to a friend but I would also trust this gun with mine and my family's life. September 17, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by best gun I ever owned! Simply the best handgun I have ever owned or fired. I also purchased the flashlight/laser combo and it mounted with ease and did not effect the ability to place rounds in the target with great accuracy. September 5, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Pure Combat I bought my Glock .40 cal. model 22 back in December of 1990. Yes, that is almost 20 years ago! I have fired thousands of rounds through this pistol and put it through abuse: from forgetting to clean it for a year, to dropping it in a creek, to rapid fire and upside-down firing, freezing weather, hot/humid weather, everything!! I just shot this wonderful pistol today and she fires just as smoothly and accurately as the day I bought her!! Whether you are a law enforcement officer, competitive shooter or casual gun owner, this is the best gun I have ever owned. I bet my life on it.... Be safe! October 28, 2010

The one in the picture is a gen 2. a gen 3 has finger grips and an accessory rail for a laser or tactical light. Steer clear of the new gen 4 till they can solve the issue with the recoil spring. Glock just started a voluntary recall on gen 4's due to spring malfunctions.
