The GLOCK G21 full size pistol puts proven firepower and trusted reliability in your hands. Glock's corrosion-resistant, ergonomically ideal, stronger-than-steel polymer frame provides a strong base that dampens recoil. The durable cold-hammered steel slide and barrel are coated with GLOCK's high tech Tenifer 64 HRC surface treatment. Safe Action trigger system teams a trigger safety, trigger bar, and firing pin lock that automatically deactivate one after another as the trigger engages. The barrel's rounded interior profile offer easier cleaning and longer lasting precision. Loaded chamber indicator. Built-in mounting rails for tactical lights or laser sights. Double action. Black finish. Fixed sights.
I have owned a glock 21 for thirteen years. My first one was a generation one. I owned it for ten years and shot it thousands of times. The only thing I had to fix was the extractor at eight years of service. The glock was reliable and I would never have to worry if it was going to perform. I traded it in in year ten for a third generation so I could have the light attached to it. The first generation did not have the rails and could not carry a light. So far I have put hundreds of rounds through it with no issues. I trust glock with my life and will not go to another brand. Its easy to use, safe and is very reiable.

Best home defense pistol
I recently purchased this at the Bass Pro in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I knew I wanted the reliability of a Glock, and I knew I wanted a .45, so this was the perfect fit. If I didn't live in California I would have gone for the high capacity model. So far I've only shot about 600 rounds, all without issue. I've found no faults with this handgun, though it takes time to break in the magazines. Glock mag springs are so stiff I still have trouble getting the 10th round in even with the speed loader, but I'm not complaining. It just means I should spend more time at the range! :)
