If you have ever sharpened a Montec you know it takes a steady hand, time, and patience. With this tool you can kiss all that goodbye. Its only $25, built to last and puts a razon edge on by Montecs and an Old Timer knife I have. Not the hair doesn't JUMP off of my arm but its doesn't stay on either, and that works for me.

As a sharpener it works fine ,but there are cheaper sharpeners that work just as well.
It will not sharpen broadheads because as you reach the tip of the broadhead, the sharpener hits the other blades, so the blade you are trying to sharpen is out of the V. I am returning mine!

This is a great sharpener, gets blades sharp FAST, the only reason I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 is that I am left handed and you have to hold this sharpener in your left hand and the knife in the right hand, this sharpener needs a handle on each end with the sharpener in the middle of have this product where the handle can be installed on either end
