G5 Outdoors Montec Fixed-Blade Broadheads
only broadhead in my quiver
i switched to these frome rage 2 blades cause i was told they flew like feild tip. That they do! When they dont match your fletchings they still fly true. I put two pics with this to show that they fly true and the penetration. These broadheads are great. The dont cut like a rage but they last a long time cause of the 100% steal.

I have now shot 11 deer with the G5 Montec and recovered 10. This broadhead had amazing penetrating especially through bone. I try to shoot all of my broadside shots through the center of both shoulders and quartering away shots through the oppisite should. I have had a complete pass throughs on every single deer I've shot with out the broadhead hanging or deflecting from skin, tissue or bone. As for the one doe I did not recover it was my fault for making a bad shot. She was hit high in the backstrap and lived. Two weekends later on a youth hunt my buddy's son took her with his rifle. The montec did exactly what it should do I just did'nt put it in the vitals.

Works very well
Good penetration and cut path. Hit a nice (170 lb. field dressed buck) at 30 yds. Took out both lungs and heart. Deer went about 40 yds. and dropped.

Wow! That's all i can say about these one piece spin tested heads. These things absolutley are AWESOME on deer and they don't even know what hit em. Had a doe at 26 yards and i hit her high and back, (Bad shot i know i know). But the deer ran down a hill and couldnt get up the other side. She piled up and was expired in minutes. Not to mention the nice 8 poiner I put down with the same head. Im sold on these heads. Can't say that i'm not going to change ever tho because before this season I am going to buy the G5 Montec CS which are "25% Sharper." Same broadhead just sharper so I can not wait to put the smack down on some deer this upcoming season. To sum this up AWESOME BROADHEAD and I would recommend it to anybody who is serious about their huntin. Enjoy
