The G.Loomis® Walleye Series Spinning Rod's featherweight construction generates increased casting distance, greater accuracy, more sensitivity— and less fatigue than costlier rods.

The G.Loomis Walleye Series Rods are technique-specific spinning rods for whacking walleye. Armed with valuable feedback from tournament anglers, guides and G.Loomis Fish Team members like Dan Plautz, G.Loomis designers have amped up the entire series. Rods sport redesigned look and actions. Over the years, some techniques have been refined, calling for more precise tapers and length adjustments to cover the most technical aspects of the fishery. Rods are crafted from the company's proprietary ''blended fibers'' with Fuji Alconite guides.

The G.Loomis Walleye Series Rod is ideal for vertical jigging, allowing precise lure control and superb presentations. Blanks are an inch longer to make the rod a tad softer. It's a subtle change, but one that can make a big difference when that lunker makes a last minute lunge away from the net. This extra inch also affords a little more protection for lighter lines. Made in USA.

  • Technique-specific rods
  • Crafted of proprietary ''blended fibers''
  • Redesigned looks and actions
  • Ideal for vertical jigging where precise lure control and presentation are critical
  • Downsized guides for maximum performance

Unfortunately this answer is NO. I absolutely love Loomis rods, but St. Croix has the best warranty system in the business, it just can't be beat! Cheers!
