  • Technique-specific rod
  • Crafted of proprietary ''blended fibers''
  • Ideal for vertical jigging where precise lure control and presentation are critical

The G.Loomis Walleye Series Rod is a technique-specific casting rod for whacking walleye. Armed with valuable feedback from tournament anglers, guides and G.Loomis Fish Team members like Dan Plautz, G.Loomis designers have amped up the entire series. Rods sport a redesigned look and action. Over the years, some walleye techniques have been refined, calling for more precise tapers and  length adjustments to cover the most technical aspects of the fishery. The Walleye Series Rod is made from G.Loomis' proprietary ''blended fibers'' with Fuji® Alconite guides.

The G.Loomis Walleye Series Casting Rod is ideal for vertical jigging, allowing precise lure control and superb presentations. Blanks are an inch longer to make the rod a tad softer—a subtle change, but one that can make a big difference when that lunker makes a last minute lunge away from the net. This extra inch also affords a little more protection for lighter lines. Made in USA.
