I add this to my Frabill worm bedding and it truly makes the worms plump and strong. This is a must have if your bedding worms.

Frabil worm food ... my little guys love it.
And it's too early to tell, but I think my mushrooms are doing better too.

My worms seem to inhale this stuff. they definetely get fat on it which is good for fishing. easy to mix with water

i have a home made worm farm its working well they are reproducing but i don't know if i'm putting the food in the right place.

I pour the mixed worm food across the top of the worm bedding. They seem to come up to get it just fine. This way I can tell when they have eaten most of it and when its time to feed them again.
