here's my take on this Hut. I bought it and very pleased with it. The only problem is,and it's really not a problem with the product itself is, since I fish early ice and late ice I can not use it as often as I would like to. The problem is the weight, you really can't pull it by hand and since I can't go out with my Atv or Sled it becomes useless to me during this time but other than that it's a great portable

I bought this shelter early in the season as not to miss out this year. After doing a lot of research on all the brands of shelters this one had everything for the best price. They really out did themselves on this one with the removable windows, the vent system that will not blow closed because of the separator that velcro’s it open, the deep sled that will hold all the gear and my Jiffy 10” auger fits in complete, their amazing Frabill seats which fold and come out very easily. When erected and poles are set in place you can tell it will hold up to strong winds with ease, and you can’t beat all the room you have no need to flip it open for extra room with a fish coming out of the hole. It is a heavy shelter at 140 pounds defiantly not something you want to pull by hand. I have had two cheaper shelters of different makes in the past and both have failed me, once leaving my daughter and me very cold due to a split zipper. You know what they say you get what you pay for. The only thing I wish they would correct with this shelter is the instructions; some of the diagrams are missing and hard to follow. If you look in the French section you can find some of the diagrams but not all. If they made a video and posted it on their website I think it would be much easier for all to follow. The hut so far for me is a five star but because of the instructions I gave it a 4. Oh, I almost forgot even the cover for this shelter is nicely planned out; it has a zippered section also with buttons so you can get at your gear, e.g. to get your auger out and check for depth without having to take the hole cover off. Well I hope you found this helpful as I always read them but had found none yet for this shelter. Good luck to all in the upcoming hard water season, see ya on Simcoe hopefully soon!!
