This is a good video for the beginner in fly-fishing. Teaches the basic casts and techniques. I especially liked the section on fly tying. I would recommend this video to anyone starting in the sport.

It is a fairly good video, but a video, that explains the fly fishing technique a little better, is called "Lefty Kreh on Fly Casting".

Much appreciated that this covers basics in a slow and thorough manner. After working long hours, in a fast-paced career, I took up fly tying and fly fishing to relax. This perfectly formatted instructional video lays out the critical concepts at a relaxing pace, with good lighting and focal distance, couple with concise verbal explanations. Don't have to WORK to follow this one. Excellent product!!!
