This sounded like a great product, but it's made cheaply and out of plastic and breaks very easy, will be sending them back. Stick with the stainless steel ones

I bought one of these as a replacement for my 12' jon boat. When I first plugged it in and tried to flip the handle it came off in my hand. The material is so flexible it spreads out at the slightest pressure and slips off the pins.

save your money...buy a differant kind...there are better ones out there....if this was the only one on the market I still would not buy it....

Good idea to have a plug that floats. However, plug wouldn't fit in my 22 foot Starcraft drain port without EXTREME difficulty. Same for removing it.
Won't use it again.
