I thought the plastic was going to be a bit softer, more flexible. The box is made of hard plastic and I don't think the closing design will last very long. I gave it away.

The fly box is perfect for the hundreds of nymph flies I placed in it. The thin design will make it easy to stow in my vest. the clear case will provide nice visibility of the flies without opening the case.
