I did not like this mouting kit , it does not give you any room in the back to screw the plack on due to the feather being so thick. I had to cut out the back of the turkeys rubber plate to make it fit and pluse the center hole that holds the rubber head was off center on the plack

That's what I said after viewing the paint job on the "Master Series". It's terrible! I'm going to repaint it myself, because I like the head shape. If you can't do that, don't buy it, please! I've never seen a turkey with red and blue pin stripes with black skin on the neck and green breast feathers. The beak is bright yellow and painted 1" on one side and 1 3/4" on the other. The mounting screw is too short and I'll have to Dremmel out the plastic to replace it. The catalog picture is better than the product. It's produced overseas and I'm guessing they don't have turkeys there. Flambeau should stick to making decoys.

The existing screw is not long enough to allow for larger turkey fans to be inserted. I had to drill another hole to accommodate it.

This mount is well thought out but could use some modifications. The bolt for mounting the tail should be at least 2 1/2 - 3 inches long to go throught the meaty tail. Place a slot for the beard to be inserted. If you are inclined to dry the feet with the toes spread, they are better mounted with screws so that the toes point to the front and the spurs can be seen in a natural manner.
