Have a 1 acre pond and a heron thinks it is a seafood buffet. Put the heron out Thurday nite and the next morning the heron was standing 3 feet away. Same thing the next morning. Maybe herons in NW Indiana are NOT teritorial???

I purchased this to keep a Blue Heron away from my pond and from eating the fish and frogs in my pond. The Blue Heron decoy succeeded in scaring away the real one once... and then he came back a few times. He was able to get some of my fish.

Stocked fish are a big investment:
I have a 4-acre lake and was having daily visitors that thought we opened the "golder corral"
Put out one blue heron & one egret decoy.
Move them every 3-days & the visitors dont stop.
They are saving us a ton of stocked fish.
