Fin-Nor’s Marquesa Lever Drag Reels are light and compact yet very strong, and offer an impressive drag curve that delivers up to 18 lbs. of force on ''strike'' and up to a whopping 41 lbs. max drag during the fight. Perfect for tournament or stand-up fishing with braided superlines, the Marquesa Lever Drag Reels feature a one-piece aluminum frame and palm plate, forged and machined 6061-T6 aluminum spool, quick 6.1:1 retrieve, smooth carbon fiber drag, adjustable clicker, and ergonomic handle knob. The MA20T and MA30T Marquesa models have a machined top bar to help anglers manage line when trolling or kite fishing. All other Marquesa models have a topless open frame design to allow easy spool access.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Talica? pssh Why buy the single speed talica when you can get the marquesa cheaper!? This reel is solid and elegant. Unbelievable drag performance and holds a ton of line. This reel should be the standard for conventional mid size reels. Nothing else comes close to this reel.Period. May 11, 2011

this is great for stiper fishing and most of the shimano and daiwa reel are good so it really dosen't matter what reel u buy. it only has to be strong
