Federal Premium Prairie Storm FS Lead with FLITECONTROL Wad Upland Shotshells
Excellent upland or turkey load.
I knew the flight control wad was effective but after patterning my Mossberg 500 I was truly surprised. I fired one round of Prairie Storm FS Lead 3 inch #4 shot at 50 yards with each of the following chokes from a 28 inch barrel: Turkey, extra full, full, modified and improved. I also fired one from 50 yards with my 18 inch cylinder bore. The choke made very little difference in the high number of pellets on target. This is definitely my new go to load when I can find it in stock.

worth the money
my son bought the 3in. 4 shot for peasant hunting because we were seeing a lot of birds but they were not sitting very tight and running on us before they jumped up 40-50 yards ,with these prairie storms we have droped birds at 50-70 yards and they have droped like a sack of rocks, this is the only pheasant load i use for now on

Excellent Shot Shell For 20 Gauge
Purchased For Squirrel Hunting
Shot : 3" #5 1 1/4" Shot.
Reason for this Shot was large tall trees covered with vines. Also woods were full of hollow trees so first shot had to be a kill shot. Shell performed as I had hoped. I would suggest before purchasing this particular shell make sure you really need a upper line Premium shell they are a bit pricey and maybe over kill for your particular need.

Oh Yeah, there's a Storm brewin'.
I used to shoot standard upland loads for pheasants. I decided to bump my game up a notch with the Prairie Storms. I definately crushed some birds further out than I thought possible. When every shot counts, it's worth a couple extra bucks to get some great ammo.
