Are these actually "Heavyweight" (tungsten), or lead?

Details:

There's no Federal product called "HEAVYWEIGHT Lead" as the title here states. If these are the Heavyweight shells, then they do not contain lead shot as is claimed in all your descriptions of the available sizes. So, which is it, lead, or the Federal tungsten-based material?
