I bought both sizesof beads. It was nice to get glass beads as they make a whole different sound. The facets will reflect any available light

I like the 8mm red beads for fishing Carolina rigs. The combanation of this bead and a Tru-tungsten worm weight makes a lot of sound.

For day or night I use the red glass faceted 8mm beads for T rigs.A:Â
These beads could be helpful if you are looking to add sound to your Texas rig while night fishing. The added noise may be able to help bass find your lure from farther distances than normal.A:Â
They clearly would not reflect light but if you had two of them or one with a weight they would create a clacking noise.1 of 1
