The FOXPRO® SpitFire gives you quality FOXPRO predator calls with the ease of a wireless remote control at a great price. Capable of playing FOXPRO's own FXP audio files as well as MP3 and WAV files, the SpitFire comes with 24 high quality FOXPRO sounds with the option of reprogramming those sounds from home with the use of micro-SD cards and a compatible reader/writer (not included). Constructed of rugged ABS injection molded plastic, the SpitFire's single horn speaker is built in for great volume and a crisp sound. This easy to use game caller also offers an auxiliary jack for auxiliary devices, such as the FOXPRO Jack-in-the-Box Decoy, and an external speaker jack to connect to an additional speaker for increased volume. The SpitFire pairs up with the new TX-24 transmitter, which puts full control of the SpitFire at your fingertips. Its easy to read LCD display shows you the title of the sound you are playing and volume level. The Spitfire and TX-24 are capable of reaching ranges of 100+ yards for remote operation. Remote is powered by a single 9V alkaline battery (not included). The SpitFire runs for 20-24 hours of 4 AA batteries (not included). Low battery indicator glows when operating and blinks when batteries get low. Tripod mount allows you to elevate your caller off of the ground. Manufacturer's 1 year limited warranty. Made in USA.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Call This call is Awesome. Period. It is definitely worth the price tag. It is very egronomically advanced and works terrific. Iv'e heard people say the call isn't loud enough but it is, in some presentations it can be too loud. I have used the quieter setting on mine many times. I recommend this call to anyone who wants a successful hunt. February 11, 2011

No, not waterproof. We say splash proof. If you are caught in a light rain, there is little need to worry. If you need to use the caller in a driving rain, it is best to place it into a plastic zip lock "baggy" to keep out the rain. This has virtually no affect on the sound or volume. If the caller gets very wet, wipe it off as soon as you can.
