Adequate padding throughout, EXCEPT no padding over the top of your scope (where you need it). Position on carrying handle makes it awkward to carry. Very disappointed in this Excalibur product. Used some 2" foam to put around scope to get me through opening week but will be returning it.

Big, bulky, and pricey but for a recurve crossbow you do not have many options without taking it apart.

Needed to buy a case for my new crossbow and this was the only one that fit it. Wish it was a hard case though. Great quality, plenty of storage and seems durable.
