I love my flat foot!!!
Flat Foot has made it easier to fish all day long. The first time I used my Flat Foot made such a difference in my fishing, that I told my father and my tournament partner; they both installed them.
Installation was easy, took around an hour and a half, and was worth every minute.
Before Flat Foot, I would have to stretch my back at least twice an hour, and by the end of the day, I still could barely straighten up to walk to the truck.
My back has not gone out once since I installed it, I won't own another boat with out it.

I bought this because I've had four back fusions and keeping my foot up on the pedal really cut down on how long I can stay in the boat. However when I read the reviews everyone said took about a hour and a half, they didn't have a Ranger when I cut out the template I found solid foam. The instructions say you may have remove some foam I have been removing foam for two days. Ranger fills every void even when I uncovered the drain pipe it is completely surrounded with foam there is no path next to it to lay the drain. I've been trying to clear a path under the front storage box to the floor drain but, it's not possible. so I am going to have to go through the box and let it drain into the box and go out the drain inside it. I still have to foam it all back in after I have the drain set. Think twice about this if you own a Ranger and if you still want it pay someone to install it and be prepared for a good size bill, they may quote about 200 but when they have to deal with all the foam I'm sure it will be much more. I think I'll like after I'm done but I'm not sure it will be worth the hurt it's put on me to install it. I will never trust another review on install time again either.

If I had to give mine up I might quit fishing?!!! Best money spent and best upgrade I have ever done to my boat!

more specifically, it is a 16 ft dura craft boat, and it starts a slight v hull rise in the front where the foot controll sits, making it impossible for the foot controll to keep from moving all over the boat floor.Thanks,

No it cannot unless you build some kind of deck. I would not try to cut through the bottom of your boat
