How many times have you carried a bucket of live bait to the end of a jetty or pier only to find that there is no place to sit. Here is the solution. I purchased this one and the Plano's 725 Bucket Top StowAway Organizer. Both have good and poor aspects. The best feature is the reach through compartment. The plastic lid is not as strong as the other. The prices are almost the same, depending on which feature you prefer, you cannot go wrong. Both are difficult to remove the lid especially when fishing in a canoe or kayak.

I was thinking this was something different than it is. I use two 5 gallon buckets in my canoe for water tight storage...i have a plano bucket top that holds additional tackle and i go this one for additional storage and I liked the idea of an easy opening into the bucket because if you ever tried to unseal a water tight bucket in a canoe out on the water...let's just say the boat will rock a bit.
so this does everything it says, but this lid has holes in it so you can use it as a bait bucket. probably awesome if you are using live bait..but I don't. keeping it because you never know; just not what i expected to get.
