Rated 4 out of 5 by Greenwild 7ft ML Spinning Rod I purchased this rod 7 months ago and wanted to do a quick review. First it is very light and is very sensitive, I have ML but I would probably go up to a medium when I buy another one. The rod loads very well and cast very well. The only issues I have is the placement of the hook holder and the first guide when the line comes off the reel and I would love if it was all green instead of two toned! The first or last eye needs to be just a bit larger, my reasoning is because the rod is so sensitive I can actually feel the line circling the guide when using my 2500 Ci4 reel. I did notice I felt it much less with a heavier reel 2500 Stradic FH, but the point for me is to fish light. I tried all the way up to a 4000 size reel and as low as a 1000 size reel. The smaller the wrapping to the spool the less I felt the line circling the final (largest) eye. But other than that I do really like the rod and would recommend it....its light, strong and has a good price point. February 13, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Rod This is an awesome rod. I love the colors and it is by far lighter and stronger than my original carrot stix. I have an original carrot stix, 4 years and a wild rod for 2 years. This is the best rod I've ever purchased!! It is reasonably priced, in my opinion too cheap for the quality. Love my carrot Stix. Rated 5 out of 5 by green carrot stix Bought one the other day and teamed it up with a new chronarch and boy what a combo. Me and a bud caught 15 speckled trout up to 6.2 lbs and got our limit of reds. Rod performed just the way I hoped. Very light weight. Could have fished all day without getting tired. Go to Bass pro and try this combo. You won't be disappointed. 7 foot fast tip. WOW June 28, 2012

Love the new green rod. I have an original carrot stix and a wild rod orange. The new green rod is much lighter and is very strong. I've caught 5 Redfish over 24 inches and it did all the work, I was much disappointed that I had to use little effert to get the fish in.
