Made from beef protein, these casings require no preparation for use. Use the 32mm size for Bratts or Italian links. The 21mm size are great for breakfast sausage. 19mm and 17mm are snack stick size. (Manufacturer recommends using a 3/8'' tube or smaller for 19mm and 17mm casings.)

Ready to use right out of the bag
These are definitely no fuss casings. No need to rinse, soak or etc. They are ready to use right out of the package. After a little trial and error you can become a pro pretty quickly. The first time I used them I tended to stuff them too tight and burst them. After a minimal amount of practice I learned how to stuff them and had no more issues. My only complaint is that they seem to be a little pricey….but hey….it’s Bass Pro.

These casings work well. After cooking no chewiness or wierd flavor. Note; i bought the wrong size these are too small. hot dog size

I purchased the casings for the snack sticks size. Sorry, I don't remember the exact mm size. I did 10 pounds of snack sticks and still had a little left over. I'm guessing you could get another 5 pounds done (maybe more) out of what I had left.
you bet! Makes great sausages! Just make sure you dont over fill the casings because when you twist them they will unravel. Taste great and does a great job holding the meat even when you over stuff them ;-)
