These casing stuffed without any problems. The snack sticks tasted great and I will not hesitate to use them again!

These casing are so easy to use and the beef sticks came out great, just like store bought only fresher and better !!! I would recommend these to any one wanting to make beef sticks.

I purchased the casings for the snack sticks size. Sorry, I don't remember the exact mm size. I did 10 pounds of snack sticks and still had a little left over. I'm guessing you could get another 5 pounds done (maybe more) out of what I had left.
you bet! Makes great sausages! Just make sure you dont over fill the casings because when you twist them they will unravel. Taste great and does a great job holding the meat even when you over stuff them ;-)
