I have a 62" #50 Samick Sage T/D Recurve. I have a couple Carbon arrows my friend passed on to me from is #80 Compound bow that are carbon and the size for those is 340 and the weight is 9.5 GPI

The required spine of the arrow can be determined using your draw weight and draw length. There is a chart available on most of our hunting arrow product pages to assist with this. You may also, of course, view this information on the arrow manufacturer's sites. Thank you.
