Eagle Claw® Lazer Sharp® Swimbait Hooks
Many top pro anglers are splashing the water with their favorite swimbaits rigged on Eagle Claw's Lazer Sharp Swimbait Hooks. For good reason too, these Lazer Sharp Swimbait Hooks feature a weight positioned on the shank and a front keeper barb for easy rigging along with an enhanced swimbait swimming action. Strong wire construction and a very wide gap allow the Lazer Sharp Swimbait Hooks to accommodate the biggest swimbaits, while the Lazer Sharp needlepoint provides real sticking power.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jig4Bass Good, But Not Great I bought several sizes of these (4/0, 5/0, 6/0), but prefer the Mustad Ultra Points because of the finer point to the hook and the moveable weight. Some Eagle Claws have flat sides to the point which make them harder to penetrate. Price is reasonable. January 28, 2011

Details:How do you determine which hook size is best for your particular bait. i.e. a 5" Berkley swimshad, versus a 6" Lunker city shaker. And shortly a 3" swimbait. I think what throws me off most is the ewg style hook. Thanks, Rob
A:i always go 1 size smaller for example if bait is 5 inches i use 4/0,or if is 6 inches use a 5/0
