eagle claw hooks have been in my tackle box for over 40 years. so, when it was time to tune up my crankbaits, choosing the right treble hooks was easy. i use the #6's to help me from snagging on weeds and structure. but they are still big enough to keep me from losing fish.

I bought the size 12 trebles to replace those tiny little thin (but sharp) #14 hooks that come on the Rebel Teeny Wee Craws and on the Rebel Bumble Bugs. In my opinion the trebles that come with those lures are just too small and bend too easily when you hook a decent sized fish. These are perfect replacement hooks for those lures. These are good, sharp and strong treble hooks and the price is right!

These hooks are awesome, especially the tiny #18 golds. You don't need a lot of bait, they hold up well, and are light weight. They are easy to retrieve also

I need some small treble hooks because i need to hide the hooks inside the bait the fish wont hit it if the can see the hook and im using tiny octopuss hooks and it is hard to get a hookup.is size 18 the smallest ?

Who knows they need a size chart with a 1-1 size picture of each size. I ordered some 14's and they were tiny and unuseable

The number is not a measurement (like mm for example). Just remember that the larger the number, the smaller the hook (size 14 hook is smaller in size than a size 8 hook). Apparently the size # of the hook is based on how many will fit in a small, specific sized container (size 14 means 14 of them will fit in that container, while eight size 8 hooks will fit (showing they are larger).1 of 1
